Return or Size Exchange Policy
• Return/exchange of goods of proper quality is possible within 7 days after receiving the order, provided that the item retains its original appearance and consumer properties, i.e. without signs of wear and/or intentional damage.
• Return or exchange of goods of proper quality with individually customized properties (ordered or adjusted to the client’s individual parameters) is not possible.
• When returning goods, the amount paid will be refunded, excluding the seller’s delivery costs for returning the goods from the customer, no later than ten days from the date the consumer submits the corresponding request and/or after the seller receives the returned goods.
• When exchanging goods for a size not recommended by the consultant, or a size chosen independently by the customer against the consultant’s recommendation, delivery costs are borne by the customer.

5 Steps for Return/Exchange:

Notify the seller about the return or exchange.

Send a photo showing the set with a defect or size mismatch.

Ship the order back to our store. Delivery is paid by the customer. If the pajamas are defective, the return shipping cost is covered by the store.

Order inspection (2–3 days), where specialists check for defects or signs of wear. At this stage, photos and videos are collected to confirm the final result. If no defect is found and there are signs of wear, the set will be returned to the customer. Return shipping is paid by the client.
